About us
Connor Scanlan is the head of Greenrow Capital and is focused on buying and operating businesses day-to-day. Over the past three years, he has worked for an independent sponsor acquiring commercial truck dealership groups, where he held roles in finance and corporate development, ultimately serving as the Director of Finance. In addition, he built out a Mobile Maintenance division. Through this work, Connor developed a strong interest in independent mobile fleet maintenance businesses.
Before this, Connor held roles at Kloeckner Metals in supply chain operations, at Bank of America in the Global Banking and Markets division, and at Grasshopper Bank, where he helped establish the lower middle-market Sponsor Finance practice and supported more than 15 completed transactions across multiple service and industrial sectors.
Connor graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in finance. Originally from Springfield, Illinois. Outside of work, he prioritizes travel, is a car enthusiast, and enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active.

Greenrow Capital is an operator-led investment firm focused on acquiring, operating, and growing lower middle-market service businesses. Our team’s experience spans more than three decades across industries such as commercial truck dealerships, fleet maintenance, distribution, hospitality, and restaurants.
Individually, our team has owned and operated multiple hotels and restaurants, run large commercial truck dealership and service operations, and held leadership roles in corporate finance, leveraged lending, and asset management. We have also founded and managed investment platforms completing more than a dozen acquisitions, giving us a deep understanding of both day-to-day operations and long-term value creation.
This combination of hands-on operating experience and financial expertise allows us to move quickly, evaluate opportunities with discipline, and support smooth transitions for business owners. At Greenrow Capital, we believe in long-term ownership, operational excellence, and protecting the legacy of the companies we acquire.
